Bunker fuel demand in Singapore and the Middle Eastern port of Fujairah was lower than average on the first trading day of the week, said traders. In Singapore, ex-wharf 380 CST bunker was heard offered at $300-$302/mt at the start of the Platts Market on Close assessment process.
